The classic kitchen offers a classic 3-course menu. The classic kitchen costs DKK 495. per person and includes: premises, table setting with white tablecloth, napkins, ice water, candles, bread and butter and service.

  • Tartlets with chicken in asparagus garnished with parsley.

  • Veal roast fried like game, with roast potatoes or Potato Bird's Nest* in herbs, cranberries, Waldorf salad and delicious game sauce.
  • Classic Chicken Danois with potatoes, rhubarb compote, delicious sauce and sour.
  • Fried salmon on top of seasonal greens with hollandaise sauce and potatoes.
